She earned her GED during her freshman year in high school, and then started pursuing a career in music. Under the name Katy Hudson, she released a Gospel album that was self-titled in 2001, which was actually unsuccessful after the closing of her record label.
I mostly liked her three albums : "Katy Hudson" in 2001, "One of the Boys" in 2008, and "Teenage Dream" in 2010.
